By accessing or using BuildWealthPlan (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Service.
You must be at least 18 years of age to use this Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.
BuildWealthPlan is an AI-powered platform that helps users create personalized income-building plans. The Service includes:
- Personalized 12-week action plans generated by AI based on your profile
- Income opportunity recommendations tailored to your skills and goals
- Weekly check-ins and progress tracking
- Earnings tracking and forecasting tools
- An affiliate referral program for eligible subscribers
The Service is provided as an educational and planning tool. It is not a job placement service, investment advisor, or financial institution.
BuildWealthPlan is a tool — not a guarantee of income. Your results depend entirely on your effort, consistency, market conditions, and many factors beyond our control.
We do not promise that you will earn any specific amount of money. Some users may not generate direct income at all from their chosen opportunity.
However, even if direct earnings don’t materialize immediately, the process itself is incredibly valuable. Following a structured 12-week plan teaches you:

- +Discipline and consistency in executing a plan
- +Market awareness — understanding what’s in demand
- +Self-assessment — discovering your true strengths
- +Business thinking — pricing, marketing, client management

The knowledge and experience you gain during the process is yours to keep — regardless of the financial outcome. Many users report that the skills they learned opened doors they never expected.
BuildWealthPlan offers three subscription tiers:
- Free: Limited access with 1 plan and basic features. No payment required.
- Standard ($20/mo): Full access with up to 10 plans, all features, and affiliate program eligibility. Billed monthly or yearly (30% discount).
- Pro ($35/mo): Premium access with up to 30 plans, 3 simultaneous active plans, priority AI, and all features. Billed monthly or yearly (30% discount).
All paid subscriptions are processed through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges to your payment method at the applicable subscription rate.
Prices are listed in USD and may be subject to applicable taxes depending on your jurisdiction.
All payments made to BuildWealthPlan are final and non-refundable. No refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
This includes, but is not limited to: subscription fees, plan generation credits, and any other charges. Whether you use the Service for 1 day or the entire billing period, no partial or full refunds will be provided.
We strongly encourage you to use the Free tier first to evaluate whether the Service meets your needs before committing to a paid subscription.
By purchasing a subscription, you acknowledge and accept this no-refund policy.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Upon cancellation, your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period.
After the billing period ends, your account will revert to the Free tier. You will retain access to your existing data, but paid features will no longer be available.
No prorated refunds are issued for unused portions of a billing period.
When using the Service, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and truthful information during registration and onboarding
- Keep your account credentials secure and not share them with others
- Not use the Service for any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purpose
- Not attempt to abuse, exploit, or reverse-engineer any part of the Service
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity (including affiliate fraud), or abuse the platform in any way, without notice and without refund.
Standard and Pro subscribers can earn money by referring new users to BuildWealthPlan. Here's how it works:
- Go to Settings → Affiliate Program and join the program.
- You'll receive a unique referral link (e.g. https://build-wealth-plan.com/ref/YOUR_CODE).
- Share this link with friends, on social media, in blog posts, or anywhere you like.
- When someone clicks your link and creates an account, they are linked to you as a referral.
- When the referred user subscribes to a paid plan (Standard or Pro), you earn a 20% commission on each of their subscription payments.
- Commissions vest after the referred user's 2nd payment (to prevent abuse).
You can choose to receive your commissions as platform credit (applied to your own subscription) or as cash via Stripe Connect. Cash payouts are processed monthly with a minimum threshold of $25.
BuildWealthPlan reserves the right to mark referrals as fraudulent and withhold commissions in cases of abuse, self-referrals, fake accounts, or any other fraudulent activity.
We may modify the commission rate, vesting rules, or program terms at any time. Continued participation constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
All content, features, and functionality of the Service — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, AI-generated plans, software, and design — are the property of BuildWealthPlan and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Service without our prior written consent. Plans generated for your account are for your personal use only.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, BuildWealthPlan and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of income, or loss of data, arising from your use of the Service.
Our total liability for any claim arising from the Service shall not exceed the total amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. We recommend reviewing this page periodically.
